Dear Valued Customer,

At HGI and our member companies; N C Machinery, N C Power Systems, Tractor & Equipment Co., Cat Rental Store and SITECH NW, our top priority is to keep our employees healthy while taking care of our customers. We are facing a challenging time and safety is our top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation and developments to make sure we are keeping everyone safe. Currently, all our facilities remain open to serve your needs and we have the resources in place to minimize any disruptions. Our business hours have not changed and all parts, service, sales and rental operations are open to serve your needs. Moving forward, we are taking the following necessary steps to make sure our employees and your employees have minimal exposure and we continue to operate in a safe manner.

All employees will use virtual meetings when possible to minimize face-to-face interactions.
All field sales personnel have been instructed to make appointments as needed and have also been instructed to limit their face-to-face interactions. They will be following the COVID-19 safety precautions.
We have restricted all air travel except for field technicians on service calls and any employee who is traveling on a rotation to and from their branch.
As you visit our parts counter or rental counters, we ask that you follow the social distancing guidelines.
We will continue to follow our Mission Statement "We help our customers succeed by providing premier solutions, delivered by engaged employees through teamwork and excellence."
